your swing and your game
· Play your practice rounds in such a
way that you learn about the course and get yourself prepared to compete
· Have a level of fitness that will
keep you healthy to play the game you want
· Have a diet that keeps you healthy
and provides you the nutrition and fluids you need to perform at your best
· Rest your mind and body so you can
take in and put to practice what you have learned
· Be able to transfer what you learn to
the golf course during competition
· Listen to your body you and if
something doesn't feel right, know what you can do to regain your balance to
perform your best
· Know your own tendencies under
pressure and how to coach yourself physically, mentally and emotionally
· Be intrinsically motivated in what
you do and TRUST yourself and your decisions
